The Campus Planning Division provides space management for the University, including:
- Maintaining a facilities inventory
- Processing requests for space
- Maintaining records for grants and contracts administration

Allocation Committee
The Space Allocation Committee,
chaired by the Vice President for Business and
Finance, is a standing committee with representation
from Academic Affairs, Business and Finance,
Student Affairs, Campus Facilities and Physical
Plant. The committee meets monthly.
