"Proposed new structures to be erected on a $2,326,000 building program at Western State Teachers College over the next six to eight years are indicated in heavy outline on this diagram map of the campus. They are, as designated by numbers on the diagram: 1 - A $600,000 auditorium and classroom building. 2 - Completion of the industrial arts building at a cost of $165,000. 3 - A $330,000 education unit and junior and senior high school building. 4 - A $350,000 residence hall for women. 5 - A $300,000 recitation building. 6 - A $350,000 residence hall for men. 7 - A $196,000 concrete bowl football stadium. 8 - A $15,000 garage and workshop."
