Interest Requests: Stage 1 of 3

Western Michigan University is in the first stage of a three stage process.  The first stage is to request expressions of interest of joint venture parties wishing to engage in Public/Private Partnerships with the University, to design, construct, finance, manage and possibly own for a designated period of time student-occupied resident halls and apartment complexes on campus.  The project could range from 500 to 1000 beds.

All levels of companies in the joint ventures must have a registered business in the state of Michigan for a minimum of one year.

Submittals must be received by 2 p.m. August 6, 2008. 

Those submittals that are accepted will be notified via email to continue onto Stage 2 and submit a Campus Housing RFQ: Public /Private Partnership Request for Qualification Questionnaire.

Instructions:

   DO NOT MAKE ANY ENTRIES YET.  If there is any printing in the blank spaces, hit the "Reset" button to clear the form.
2. SAVE THE FILE TO YOUR COMPUTER.
3. Close/exit the browser window on the internet.
4. On your computer, completely fill out the form.  Save the file before printing.
5. Print a copy of the form.
